Life is NOT short

This came up in my subscription inbox a few days ago and I found it amazing! : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ky4cIskPq-Y (Seneca-on the shortness of life)
Time is similar to money, in the sense that there is no definite answer to "How much money is considered a lot?" The answer depends on the person and not on the money itself.
We can spend money in ways that make us happy or spend it on things that don't actually give us value or joy in the long run. A person who spends money poorly will never have enough money or derive joy from it, but a wise person can make the most out of any amount of money. The same goes for time.
"Life isn't short in any absolute sense, instead it's length is a function of how we choose to spend it."
That's something to think about isn't it?
Another thing the video talks about is making good memories. This touches a bit on the post about Two Selves . How good we perceive our life is depends on the memories we have and an abundance of good memories makes up a good life.
Just go and watch the video if you haven't already! It's hardly five minutes long...
There isn't anything I can say that will do it justice!
